THE SKILLFORGE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SKILLFORGE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SKILLFORGE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SKILLFORGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SKILLFORGE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
