Formal Grievance Procedure

If you feel that your accessibility needs have not been adequately met, SkillForge offers a formal grievance procedure. This process is designed to address and resolve accessibility-related complaints in a fair and efficient manner.

  1. Submission of Grievance: Submit a detailed written grievance to our Accessibility Officer via email at accessibility@skillforge.com . The grievance should include a clear description of the accessibility issue, the specific web page or content affected, and any assistive technologies used.
  2. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within five business days.
  3. Investigation: Our Accessibility Officer will conduct a thorough investigation of the issue, which may involve consulting with technical experts and users with disabilities.
  4. Proposed Resolution: Within thirty business days of receiving the grievance, we will provide you with a written proposed resolution, which may include specific steps we will take to address the accessibility issue and a timeline for implementation.
  5. Appeal: If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, you may appeal to our Senior Management team within fifteen business days of receiving the proposed resolution.
  6. Final Decision: Our Senior Management team will review the appeal and provide a final decision within thirty business days.
